Order Policy

A user may return any unopened, item within 7 days of receiving the item. But following products may not be eligible for return or replacement:
a) Damages due to misuse of the product.
b) Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
c) Any consumable item which has been used/installed
d) Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers
e) Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
f) Any product that you want to return, cannot be accepted without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging. if any of this is missing we cannot return your products. 

Order Limit

a) A customer is eligible to place 4 different or the same products in live orders.
b) A customer cannot place his 5th order if his 4 orders are still live.
c) Live order refers to all those orders which are not delivered.
